Evidence of the Kill
Clearly, by the end of the Upper Paleolithic, a deadly hunting technology had been developed. Sometimes we find graphic evidence for it. At the Magdalenian site of Reignac in southwestern France, this reindeer skull was found in which an antler spear-point was still imbedded.
